Calcutta High Court allows case on security breach of West Bengal leader

The Division bench of the Calcutta High Court has permitted the filing of a case in regard to the breach of security of the Leader of the Opposition in West Bengal, Suvendu Adhikari. 
 
A group of protesters allegedly affiliated with the Trinamool Congress on Tuesday staged a protest and hurled shoes while Suvendu Adhikari was entering the office of the Chief Electoral Officer of West Bengal. It may be mentioned a public interest litigation was filed before the bench of the Chief Justice of the Calcutta High Court regarding the security of the opposition leaders in West Bengal.
