सुप्रभात, कार्यक्रम आज सवेरे में आप सभी को फरहत नाज़ का नमस्कार। इस साल मार्च तो उम्मीद से ज़्यादा सुहावना रहा ही, लेकिन अप्रैल में भी ऐसा मौसम मिलना वाकई बोनस जैसा लग रहा है। आमतौर पर अप्रैल आते-आते धूप तेज़ होने लगती है, लेकिन इस बार मौसम जैसे थोड़ा मेहरबान हो गया है… कभी बादल, कभी बारिश, और बीच-बीच में ठंडी हवा।
राजधानी दिल्ली में कल से हो रही बारिश ने मौसम को काफी खुशनुमा कर दिया है। मौसम विभाग ने आज भी बारिश का अनुमान है। तो आईये कार्यक्रम की शुरूआत इस प्यारे से गीत से करते हैं गीतकार हैं राहुल वेद्या-। और इस प्यारे से मौसम के साथ मेरा साथ दे रही हैं – सुभद्रा रामचंद्रन।

अमरीका के राष्ट्रपति डॉनल्ड ट्रंप ने कहा है कि अगर ईरान होर्मुज जलडमरूमध्य से जहाजों का आवागमन जारी रखने की अनुमति देता है, तो वे अमरीका और ईरान के बीच प्रस्तावित दो सप्ताह के युद्धविराम के लिए सहमत हैं। ट्रंप ने सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट में कहा कि दोनों पक्षों को द्विपक्षीय युद्धविराम पर सहमत होना चाहिए। ट्रंप ने दावा करते हुए कहा कि अमरीका अपने सैन्य लक्ष्य हासिल कर चुका है और संघर्ष सुलझने के करीब है।
इससे पहले, कल रात राष्ट्रपति ट्रम्प ने ईरान के होर्मुज जलडमरूमध्य समझौते को पूरा न करने पर ईरानी सभ्यता को नष्ट करने की धमकी दी थी। उन्होंने इसके लिए आज सुबह साढ़े पांच बजे तक का समय निर्धारित किया था।
दूसरी ओर, ईरान के विदेश मंत्री सैयद अब्बास अराघची ने कहा कि अगर ईरान पर हमले बंद कर दिए जाते हैं, तो वह युद्धविराम के लिए सहमत है। उन्होंने बताया कि दो सप्ताह की अवधि के लिए होर्मुज जलडमरूमध्य से सुरक्षित आवागमन संभव होगा। इस बीच, ईरान की सर्वोच्च राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा परिषद ने ऐतिहासिक जीत का दावा करते हुए कहा कि अमरीका ने ईरान की 10 सूत्रीय योजना को स्वीकार कर लिया है।
इस बीच, दो सप्ताह के युद्धविराम समझौते के बाद वैश्विक तेल की कीमतों में तेज गिरावट आई है। शेयर बाजारों में भी उछाल आया है। बेंचमार्क ब्रेंट क्रूड की कीमत 100 डॉलर से नीचे गिर गई, करीब 16 प्रतिशत की गिरावट के साथ यह 92 डॉलर प्रति बैरल पर आ गई।
मीडिया खबरों के अनुसार, अमरीकी प्रशासन अब ईरान के साथ सीधी बातचीत की तैयारी कर रहा है। अमरीका के प्रतिनिधिमंडल का नेतृत्व उपराष्ट्रपति जेडी वैंस द्वारा किए जाने की उम्मीद है। व्हाइट हाउस की प्रेस सचिव कैरोलिन लीविट ने स्वीकार किया कि आमने-सामने की बातचीत के लिए चर्चा चल रही है। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि अंतिम घोषणा राष्ट्रपति या व्हाइट हाउस की ओर से की जाएगी।
External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar will hold a meeting with Bangladesh Foreign Minister Khalilur Rahman this afternoon in New Delhi. Mr Rahman arrived in New Delhi last evening on a three day visit to India. During his visit, Mr Rahman is also expected to meet National Security Adviser Ajit Doval, Union Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal and Union Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Hardeep Singh Puri. This marks the first visit to New Delhi by a Bangladeshi Minister since the BNP-led government took office in February.

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) will announce its bi-monthly Monetary Policy Statement today. RBI Governor Sanjay Malhotra will announce the decisions taken by the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) in its first meeting of the financial year 2026-27 at 10 this morning. Led by the RBI Governor, the six-member MPC are deliberating on key aspects such as interest rates, inflation outlook, and growth projections since Monday. According to experts, RBI is likely to keep the benchmark policy repo rate unchanged at 5.25 per cent in the April monetary policy review meeting, as the West Asia crisis is likely to push up inflation.

The 25th All India Water Sports Cluster, organised by the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), is set to begin today at Wasai in Tehri, Uttarakhand. The 5-day event will last till 12th of this month. ITBP Inspector General Manu Maharaj informed that 19 teams from across the country will participate in 52 events, including canoeing, rowing, and kayaking. Over 440 personnel from state police and paramilitary forces will participate including 130 women and 310 men.
The prestigious national event will be inaugurated by Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami. Director General of ITBP, Shatrujeet Kapur, and other senior officers will also remain present at the inaugural ceremony.

Senior BJP leader and Union Minister Piyush Goyal alleged that three lakh families in Tamilnadu were denied benefits under the housing for all scheme because the State Government did not provide the Union Government with the names of the beneficiaries. He said that this meant nearly 12 lakh people missed access to homes with toilets, cooking gas, electricity and digital connectivity. He also pointed out that investigations were underway to identify those involved in corruption in the Jal Jeevan Mission including whether the Chief Minister was directly responsible.

Chief Commissioner Maheshwar Rao on Monday directed officials to procure one pothole-filling machine for each city corporation under the Greater Bengaluru Authority(GBA) to speed up road repairs.
At a coordination meeting, he stressed that all five corporations should use these machines for quick, automated pothole repairs. He also ordered immediate restoration of roads dug up by departments, mandating permissions through the MARCS system and cost recovery for non-compliance.
Rao said GAIL Gas applications must be cleared quickly with timely restoration.

The Government of Telangana has officially declared cancer a notifiable disease across the state to establish a robust surveillance system for monitoring the rising burden of non-communicable diseases. According to a GO issued by the Health, Medical, and Family Welfare Department, all healthcare facilities, including government and private hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, and clinics, are now legally mandated to report diagnosed cancer cases within one month.
This initiative aims to create a centralized uniform cancer registry to estimate incidence and prevalence accurately while facilitating evidence-based policy formulation and better resource management for palliative and rehabilitative care. The Mehdi Nawaz Jung Institute of Oncology and Regional Cancer Centre in Hyderabad has been designated as the Centre of Excellence responsible for validating data and coordinating with the National Cancer Registry.

आवासन और शहरी कार्य मंत्री मनोहर लाल ने दिल्ली की अनधिकृत कालोनियों के नियमितीकरण की घोषणा की है। नई दिल्ली में मुख्यमंत्री रेखा गुप्ता के साथ एक संवाददाता सम्मेलन में उन्होंने कहा कि मौजूदा ढांचों को मान्यता दी जाएगी, वहीं आगामी निर्माण कार्य में नगर निगम के नियमों का कडाई से पालन किया जाएगा। श्री मनोहर लाल ने कालोनियों को नियमित करने के निर्णय के साथ वहां के निवासियों को अपनी संपत्तियों का पंजीकरण करवाने के लिए आगे आने के लिए प्रेरित भी किया जाएगा।

दिल्ली सरकार ने प्रवासी मजदूरों और छात्रों के लिए व्यावसायिक एलपीजी की उपलब्धता बढ़ा दी है। सरकार ने इनके लिए प्रतिदिन 19 किलोग्राम के बराबर क्षमता वाले 180 सिलेंडरों के बजाय 360 सिलेंडर आवंटित किए हैं।दिल्ली के खाद्य और आपूर्ति मंत्री मजिंदर सिंह सिरसा ने कहा कि स्वास्थ्य और सरकारी संस्थानों, होटलों, रेस्तरां, ढाबों तथा अन्य आवश्यक सेवाओं सहित सभी क्षेत्रों में 19 किलोग्राम के बराबर क्षमता वाले 6 हजार से अधिक सिलेंडरों की दैनिक उपलब्धता है। इसे पहले आओ पहले पाओ के आधार पर प्राथमिकता दी जा रही है।

महाराष्ट्र के मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस ने कल विश्व स्वास्थ्य दिवस के अवसर पर ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को सुदृढ़ करने के उद्देश्य से राज्यव्यापी “मेरा गांव, स्वस्थ गांव” अभियान का शुभारंभ किया। इस अभियान का लक्ष्य जमीनी स्तर पर गुणवत्तापूर्ण स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं सुनिश्चित करके और निवारक स्वास्थ्य देखभाल दृष्टिकोण को बढ़ावा देकर ग्रामीण स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं में बदलाव लाना है। इसमें स्वच्छता, सुरक्षित पेयजल, पोषण और संक्रामक तथा गैर-संक्रामक रोगों के नियंत्रण पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया जाएगा। मातृ और शिशु स्वास्थ्य, मानसिक स्वास्थ्य और जीवनशैली से संबंधित बीमारियों पर भी विशेष जोर दिया जाएगा।

महाराष्ट्र सरकार ने सभी शहरी स्थानीय निकायों में नागरिकों की वसीयतों को स्थायी रूप से संरक्षित करने के लिए नामित संरक्षक नियुक्त करने का निर्णय लिया है। कल जारी एक सरकारी प्रस्ताव के अनुसार, नगर आयुक्त, नगर परिषद और नगर पंचायत के मुख्य अधिकारी संरक्षक के रूप में कार्य करेंगे और एक समर्पित डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से इन कानूनी दस्तावेजों की सुरक्षा और रखरखाव के लिए जिम्मेदार होंगे। इस कदम का उद्देश्य सर्वोच्च न्यायालय और उच्च न्यायालय के दिशानिर्देशों के अनुरूप, इन निर्देशों का सुरक्षित भंडारण और सुगम पहुंच सुनिश्चित करना है।

पश्चिम बंगाल के मुख्य सचिव दुष्यंत नारियाला ने जिला मजिस्ट्रेटों को सख्त निर्देश जारी करते हुए चेतावनी दी है कि राजनीतिक गतिविधियों में प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से शामिल पाए जाने वाले सरकारी और सरकारी सहायता प्राप्त कर्मचारियों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी। हालिया अधिसूचना के अनुसार, ऐसे किसी भी कर्मचारी के राजनीतिक गतिविधियों में शामिल पाए जाने पर अनुशासनात्मक कार्यवाही की जाएगी और उसके खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज की जाएगी। इस आदेश का उद्देश्य आगामी विधानसभा चुनावों को स्वतंत्र और निष्पक्ष सुनिश्चित करना है। मुख्य सचिव ने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि मतदान कर्मियों को यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि मतदाताओं को डराया-धमकाया न जाए, रिश्वतखोरी न हो या बूथों में भीड़ न लगाई जाए। उन्होंने जिला मजिस्ट्रेटों को निर्देश दिया कि वे सभी कर्मचारियों को स्पष्ट रूप से सूचित करें कि मतदाताओं को प्रभावित करने या उन्हें मतदान केंद्रों तक पहुंचने से रोकने के किसी भी प्रयास के गंभीर परिणाम होंगे।

उधर मुम्बई में आज आसमान साफ रहने की संभावना है। शहर में आज न्यूनतम तापमान 23 और अधिकतम तापमान 32 डिग्री सेल्सियस रहने का अनुमान है।
इसके अलावा, कोलकाता में भी बारिश के साथ आंधी के साथ तूफान आने की संभावना है। आज का न्यूनतम तापमान 19 और अधिकतम तापमान 33 डिग्री सेल्सियस के आस-पास रहेगा।

इस योजना से पहले छोटे व्यापारियों को अक्सर ऊँचे ब्याज दरों पर अनौपचारिक स्रोतों से ऋण लेना पड़ता था। मुद्रा योजना ने इस स्थिति को बदलते हुए बैंकों, नॉन-बैंकिंग वित्तीय कंपनियों और माइक्रो-फाइनेंस संस्थानों के माध्यम से बिना गारंटी ऋण उपलब्ध कराए। Micro Units Development and Refinance Agency — यानी MUDRA — इस पूरी व्यवस्था को सहयोग और पुनर्वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करती है, जिससे छोटे उद्यमियों के लिए वित्तीय पहुँच आसान बनी।
योजना के तहत व्यवसाय की जरूरत के अनुसार तीन श्रेणियों में ऋण दिए जाते हैं — शिशु (₹50,000 तक), किशोर (₹5 लाख तक) और तरुण (₹10 लाख तक)। हाल ही में शुरू की गई तरुण प्लस श्रेणी के अंतर्गत सफल उद्यमियों को ₹20 लाख तक की सहायता देकर व्यवसाय विस्तार और रोजगार सृजन को प्रोत्साहन दिया जा रहा है। इससे छोटे व्यवसायों को आगे बढ़ने और आत्मनिर्भर बनने का अवसर मिल रहा है।

बंकिमचंद्र जी ने ‘आनंदमठ’ जैसी रचनाओं से युवाओं को अंग्रेज़ी हुकूमत के विरुद्ध संगठित होने की प्रेरणा दी और ‘वन्दे मातरम्’ के माध्यम से आजादी की चेतना को स्वर दिया। राष्ट्रीय गीत के रचयिता बंकिमचंद्र जी अपनी कृतियों के माध्यम से देशवासियों के हृदय में सदैव जीवित रहेंगे।बंकिम ने साहित्य के क्षेत्र में कुछ कविताएँ लिखकर प्रवेश किया। उस समय बंगला में गद्य या उपन्यास कहानी की रचनाएँ कम लिखी जाती थीं। बंकिम ने इस दिशा में पथ-प्रदर्शक का काम किया। 27 वर्ष की उम्र में उन्होंने ‘दुर्गेश नंदिनी’ नाम का उपन्यास लिखा। इस ऐतिहासिक उपन्यास से ही साहित्य में उनकी धाक जम गई। फिर उन्होंने ‘बंग दर्शन’ नामक साहित्यिक पत्र का प्रकाशन प्रारम्भ किया। रबीन्द्रनाथ ठाकुर ‘बंग दर्शन’ में लिखकर ही साहित्य के क्षेत्र में आए। वे बंकिम को अपना गुरु मानते थे। उनका कहना था कि, ‘बंकिम बंगला लेखकों के गुरु और बंगला पाठकों के मित्र हैं’। राष्ट्रीय गीत ‘वन्दे मातरम्’ के रचयिता बंकिमचन्द्र जी का नाम इतिहास में युगों-युगों तक अमर रहेगा क्योंकि यह गीत उनकी एक ऐसी कृति है जो आज भी प्रत्येक भारतीय के हृदय को आन्दोलित करने की क्षमता रखती है।

शरन रानी (अंग्रेज़ी: Sharan Rani, जन्म- 9 अप्रैल, 1929, दिल्ली; मृत्यु- 8 अप्रैल, 2008, दिल्ली) ‘हिन्दुस्तानी शास्त्रीय संगीत’ की विद्वान और सुप्रसिद्ध सरोद वादक थीं। वे प्रथम महिला थीं, जिन्होंने सरोद जैसे मर्दाना साज को संपूर्ण ऊँचाई प्रदान की। इसी कारण उनके प्रशंसक उन्हें ‘सरोद रानी’ के नाम से पुकारते थे। शरन रानी का देहांत उनके अस्सीवें जन्मदिन से एक दिन पहले ही हो गया था। शरन रानी 20वीं सदी की ‘म्यूजिक लीजेंड’ मानी जाती हैं। ‘पद्मभूषण’ और ‘पद्मश्री’ से नवाजी जा चुकीं शरन रानी को पंडित जवाहरलाल नेहरू ने ‘भारत की सांस्कृतिक राजदूत’ कह कर सम्मानित किया था।

शक्ति सामंत (अंग्रेज़ी: Shakti Samanta, जन्म: 13 जनवरी, 1926 – मृत्यु: 9 अप्रैल 2009) एक प्रसिद्ध फ़िल्म निर्माता एवं निर्देशक थे। शक्ति सामंत ने हावड़ा ब्रिज, अमर प्रेम, आराधना, कटी पतंग, कश्मीर की कली, अमानुष जैसी यादगार फ़िल्में बनाईं।
1948 में बतौर असिस्टेंट डायरेक्टर उन्हें पहला ब्रेक मिला। वो राजकपूर के साथ ‘सुनहरे दिन’ नाम से एक फिल्म बना रहे थे। शक्ति सामंत ने 1954 की फिल्म ‘बहू’ से बतौर डायरेक्टर अपना करियर शुरू किया.
उन्होंने छह साल के अंतराल में ऐसी चार फिल्में बनाईं जिन्होंने इतिहास रच दिया। ये फिल्में थीं :
आराधना (1969), कटी पतंग (1971), अमर प्रेम (1972) और अमानुष (1975)
