Jammu and Kashmir BJP President and Rajya Sabha MP, Sat Paul Sharma described the abrogation of Article 370 as a historic step towards the complete integration and development of Jammu and Kashmir. Talking to Akashvani News at the Parliament premises, he claimed that Jammu and Kashmir has witnessed significant progress over the past seven years after the abrogation of article 370.

 

BJP MP Shashank Mani criticised opposition for repeatedly disrupting Parliament proceedings, saying such disruptions prevent constructive discussions on important legislative business. On the 7th anniversary of the abrogation of Article 370, he said that the decision had strengthened national unity and accelerated Jammu and Kashmir’s integration with the rest of the country.

 

BJP MP Dinesh Sharma said the end of Article 370 brought an end to dynastic politics in the Union Territory. Talking to Akashvani News, he claimed that a spirit of nationalism has grown stronger in the region and asserted that governance is now driven by the people rather than political families.
