BJP today attacked the Tamil Nadu government over the loss of lives in the Kallakurichi hooch tragedy incident. Briefing the media in New Delhi, party spokesperson Shehzad Poonawalla alleged that the DMK government in the state is solely responsible for this tragic incident. He questioned why Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin is resisting a CBI probe into this matter. Another party leader, Anil Antony, questioned the silence of Congress, Left, and other India Alliance parties on this issue.
