Baloch leader Mir Yar accuses Pak military of committing war crimes by targeting civilians

Baloch leader Mir Yar Baloch has accused the Pakistani military of committing war crimes and targeting civilians, claiming that video footage from the recent airstrikes in Surab provides evidence of military aggression against the local population in Balochistan. In a social media post, Mir Yar Baloch said, he plans to approach the International Criminal Court (ICC) over the Pakistani military operation in the Gidar Goandhan area of Surab on Tuesday, which resulted in the deaths of 30 civilians, including women, children, and infants.

Meanwhile, the situation in Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir, PoJK remains tense, with protesters raising concerns about recent controversial elections conducted under the influence of Pakistani force, targetted killings and forced disappearances of innocent people and essential supply disruptions. Jammu and Kashmir Joint Action Committee (JKJAAC) senior leader Sardar Shabir has claimed that around 100 people had been killed by Pakistani forces during the unrest in the occupied territory.
