In Manipur, the Assam Rifles, in close coordination with the Border Security Force and Manipur Police, conducted a joint community outreach programme at Leitanpokpi Village in Imphal East district today. The programme was held as part of sustained civil-military engagement initiatives. 

 

The collaborative initiative sought to promote peace and communal harmony, strengthen public confidence and reinforce constructive engagement between the local population and security forces. A total of 16 villagers, including village heads and secretaries, actively participate in the interactive session. During the event, a joint team of 16 security personnel and police officials briefed the attendees on the prevailing security situation.
