Arunachal’s para shuttler Biri Takar has clinched Double Medal at BWF Para World Circuit in Brazil. Takar has won Gold in Men’s Doubles and Bronze in Men’s Singles. Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu congratulated the sportsman for his international achievements.
Congratulating the athlete, Chief Minister in a social media post highlighted that Takar is a beneficiary of the Chief Minister’s Award to Champion Excellence in Sports (CM ACES) programme. and said his international success reflects the programme growing impact on nurturing sporting talent in the state.
