In Jammu and Kashmir,  the annual Shri Amarnathji Yatra concluded today with the traditional Chhari Mubarak (holy mace) rituals. Custodian of the Chhari Mubarak, Mahant Deependra Giri, led the Holy Mace to the cave shrine, where special puja was held-marking the formal culmination of the 57-day Yatra.

 

The Yatra commenced on July 3 and over 4,80,000 Yatris performed Darshan at the holy cave this year.
