Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will visit Banaganapalle village in Nandyal district today to participate in the State government’s ‘Mee Bhoomi-Mee Hakku’ programme and distribute new Pattadar Passbooks to farmers.

 

During the visit, Mr. Naidu will address a public meeting and visit the Banaganapalle Tahsildar’s office. He will also oversee the removal of 2,074 acres of land belonging to 897 farmers of Gutupalle village in Bethamcherla mandal from the prohibited list under Section 22-A and hand over the relevant orders to the beneficiaries.

 

The Chief Minister will also distribute orders removing 101 acres belonging to 23 farmers in Banaganapalle constituency from the dotted lands category.

 

Under the ‘Mee Bhoomi-Mee Hakku’ programme, the State Government is distributing 29.04 lakh Pattadar Passbooks in 6,887 villages by the end of this month.
