Andhra Pradesh CM N. Chandrababu Naidu stresses highest quality standards in Amaravati construction

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has directed officials and contracting agencies to speed up the construction of Amaravati while maintaining the highest quality standards.
 
Reviewing the progress of capital city works at the Secretariat in Amaravati today, he said, Amaravati is being developed as a capital city that the entire nation can take pride in.
 
Officials informed the Chief Minister that works worth 50,999 crore rupees have been awarded. These include housing, iconic buildings such as the Assembly, High Court and Secretariat Towers and others. At present, over 26,900 workers and 5,140 heavy machines are engaged in construction.
 
The Chief Minister instructed contractors to mobilise adequate manpower and equipment to complete the projects ahead of schedule.
