Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has directed officials to make government services simpler, faster and more accessible to the public. Reviewing the performance of various departments at the Real Time Governance Society (RTGS) Centre at the Secretariat in Amaravati, he asked officials to streamline service delivery and strengthen the public grievance redressal system.
The Chief Minister instructed officials to enable citizens to register complaints online and through the Mana Mitra WhatsApp platform, including voice messages. He also directed them to resolve mobile connectivity issues in nearly 3,000 locations across the state within three months.
Officials stated that procedures have already been simplified for 11 categories of government services.
