The Andhra Pradesh government, in collaboration with Chandigarh University and Amaravati Quantum Valley (AQV), will launch a Quantum Incubator in Amaravati tomorrow to support startups working in advanced technology sectors. The incubator, named Chandigarh University Business Incubation Centre (CUBIC), will focus on nurturing startups in areas of quantum technologies, artificial intelligence, semiconductors, robotics and space technologies.
Initially operating from Medha Towers in Amaravati, the facility will provide startups with mentorship, research support, investor access, incubation infrastructure and industry partnerships. It will also offer access to specialised laboratories, quantum computing resources and innovation programmes. Officials said the initiative is part of efforts to develop Amaravati Quantum Valley and position Amaravati as a major hub for quantum and deep-tech innovation. The project is expected to promote entrepreneurship, attract investments and create high-value employment opportunities in the state.
