The Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to India, Juan Carlos Marsan Aguilera today visited the Pradhanmantri Sangrahalya (PMML) in New Delhi as part of the museum’s ongoing outreach programme. The Ambassador was accompanied by the First Secretary and other members of the Cuban diplomatic delegation.
The delegation toured around the Sangrahalya’s galleries and immersive installations that document the legacy and contributions of India’s prime ministers since independence. Mr Aguilera also said that India and Cuba have a long trajectory of shared diplomatic and bilateral relationships over 66 years, due to the shared vision between the two countries and their top leadership.
The Ambassador also expressed hope for pursuing collaboration between Cuban cultural and educational institutions and PMML.
The delegation commended the museum’s comprehensive and respectful portrayal of India’s political journey and vibrant democratic traditions.
