Director General of News Services Division (NSD), Akashvani, Rajeev Kumar Jain, administered the Swachhata Pledge to officers and staff at the premises of Akashvani in New Delhi today. Additional Director General (News), S. Subramanian, was also present on the occasion.

 

The pledge was administered as part of the ongoing Swachhata Hi Seva (SHS) 2026 campaign being observed across the country from today till the 2nd of next month. The campaign, organised under the theme ‘Swachhata Mein Sahbhaag, Swachh Bharat, Viksit Bharat’, seeks to promote cleanliness, public participation and collective responsibility towards building a cleaner and more developed India.
