In his message on the occasion of Akashvani Aizawl Diamond Jubilee, Rajeev Kumar Jain said Akashvani has earned a reputation as a credible public broadcaster, while playing a vital role in preserving the nation’s diverse cultural heritage and showcasing its rich traditions.

 

Congratulating Akashvani Aizawl on completing 60 years of service, the Director General said the station’s contribution to public service broadcasting has been exemplary and has had a far-reaching positive impact on society. He described Akashvani Aizawl as an important institution in preserving and promoting Mizo identity and culture, and conveyed his best wishes for its continued growth and success in the years ahead.
