प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने कहा है की भारत के तेजी से विकसित भरोसेमंद अर्थव्यवस्था और विश्वसनीय विश्व-शक्ति बनने में राष्ट्र प्रथम का सिद्धांत प्रेरक रहा है। नई दिल्ली में कल निजी मीडिया हाउस के सम्मेलन में प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि विश्वसनीयता, स्थिरता और वैश्विक हित के लिए प्रतिबद्धता पिछले दशक में भारत की उपलब्धियों के मूल में रही हैं। जी-7 शिखर सम्मेलन में भागीदारी का उल्लेख करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि विश्व नेताओं ने राष्ट्रीय हितों की प्राथमिकता देने की भारत की अटल प्रतिबद्धता को समझा है। सरकार के 12 वर्ष के कार्यों का उल्लेख करते हुए श्री मोदी ने कहा कि स्वच्छ भारत, मेक इन इंडिया, खादी और स्थानीय उत्पादों को बढावा देने की पहल राष्ट्र निर्माण के लिए नागरिकों की प्रतिबद्धता से सफल हुई हैं।
प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि हाल के वर्षों में लगभग 25 करोड लोग गरीबी से उबरे हैं। श्री मोदी ने सस्ते आवास, कर सुधार, स्वास्थ्य देश-भाल योजना और बेहतर शहरी बुनियादी ढांचा का उल्लेख किया।
देश की मजबूत अवसंरचना पर बल देते हुए श्री मोदी ने कहा कि मेट्रो सेवा से प्रतिदिन एक करोड से अधिक यात्रियों को सुविधा हो रही है। वंदे भारत, नमो भारत और अमृत भारत रेल गाडियों, विस्तारित राजमार्ग और हवाई अड्डों से संपर्क व्यवस्था में महत्वपूर्ण सुधार हुआ है।
प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि वैश्विक उथल-पुथल के बावजूद भारत में अभूतपूर्व अवसर सृजित हुए हैं। प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि एक सौ 40 करोड भारतवासियों के सामूहिक प्रयासों से विकसित भारत का लक्ष्य प्राप्त करने में मदद मिलेगी।

लखनऊ आग हादसे में पुलिस ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए छह लोगों के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया है और इनमें से चार को कल रात गिरफ्तार कर लिया। अलीगंज के एक एनिमेशन कोचिंग सेंटर में हुए इस हादसे में 15 विद्यार्थी मारे गए और 9 घायल हो गए। मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ के निर्देश पर लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण, अग्निशमन विभाग और विद्युत विभाग के चार अधिकारियों को निलंबित कर दिया गया है।
अलीगंज पुलिस ने भारतीय न्याय संहिता और उत्तर प्रदेश अग्नि सेवा अधिनियम की संबंधित धाराओं के तहत छह नामित अभियुक्तों और कुछ अन्य व्यक्तियों के खिलाफ प्राथमिकी दर्ज की है।
पुलिस ने अलीगंज में इस इमारत को सील कर दिया है। परिसर में प्रवेश पर पाबंदी लगा दी है। फोरेंसिक यूनिट और फायर ब्रिगेड की टीम यहां से जांच के लिए सबूत एकत्र करेगी। इस घटना के बाद संबंधित इमारत को लेकर विकास प्राधिकरण की पहले की कार्रवाई और पुराने रिकॉर्ड जांच के दायरे में आ गए हैं। वर्ष 2016 में अनधिकृत निर्माण को लेकर इस इमारत को गिराये जाने का आदेश जारी किया गया था। लेकिन दो महीने से भी कम समय में यह आदेश रद्द कर दिया गया।
राज्य सरकार ने इस अग्निकांड की उच्च स्तरीय जांच का आदेश दिया है। इसके लिए विशेष जांच दल -एसआईटी गठित की गई है और सात दिन के अंदर रिपोर्ट देने को कहा गया है।

यूरिया, डाइ-अमोनियम फॉस्फेट और सल्फर लेकर आ रहे चार भारतीय मालवाहक जहाज पिछले सप्ताह होर्मुज जलडमरूमध्य को सफलतापूर्वक पार कर चुके हैं। रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय के अनुसार, ये जहाज अब देश के विभिन्न बंदरगाहों की ओर बढ़ रहे हैं। इनमें आंध्र प्रदेश के कृष्णापट्टनम और काकीनाडा बंदरगाह, ओडिशा का पारादीप बंदरगाह और गुजरात का मुंद्रा बंदरगाह शामिल हैं। मंत्रालय ने बताया कि देश में कुल उर्वरक भंडार 196 लाख टन है। पिछले वर्ष इसी अवधि तक यह आंकड़ा 168 लाख टन था। मंत्रालय के अनुसार आयातित उर्वरकों की खेप से देश में मौजूद उर्वरक भंडार अधिक समृद्ध होगा तथा किसानों की कृषि आवश्यकताएं पूरी होंगी।

महाराष्ट्र सरकार ने सोमवार को मानसून सत्र के पहले दिन राज्य विधानसभा के दोनों सदनों में 97 हजार 706 करोड़ 40 लाख रुपये की पूरक मांगें पेश कीं। इनमें सबसे अधिक 20 हजार 552 करोड़ रुपये पुण्यश्लोक अहिल्यादेवी होल्कर किसान ऋण माफी योजना के लिए आवंटित किए गए हैं, इसके बाद केंद्र की राज्यों के लिए पूंजी निवेश के लिए विशेष सहायता योजना के तहत ब्याज मुक्त ऋण के लिए 10 हजार 7 करोड़ दस लाख रुपये आवंटित किए गए हैं। प्रस्तावों में विकसित भारत जी-राम-जी योजना के लिए 7 हजार 367 करोड़ 32 लाख रुपये और सिंहस्थ कुंभ मेले की योजना एवं कार्यान्वयन के लिए 3 हजार करोड़ रुपये भी शामिल हैं।

पश्चिम बंगाल के वित्त मंत्री डॉ. स्वपन दासगुप्ता ने कल विधानसभा में चार लाख करोड़ रुपये से अधिक का शुद्ध बजट पेश किया। मुख्यमंत्री शुभेंदु अधिकारी के अनुसार, यह बजट समावेशी है और इसका उद्देश्य विकसित भारत के हिस्से के रूप में विकसित बांग्ला का निर्माण करना है। पश्चिम बंगाल की नई सरकार के पहले बजट में सामाजिक सुरक्षा, महिला सुरक्षा से लेकर शिक्षा, कृषि-उद्योग विकास से लेकर अवसंरचना उन्नयन, पर्यावरण-पर्यटन से लेकर स्वास्थ्य सेवा तक, हर क्षेत्र का ध्यान रखा गया है। सरकार ने राज्य सरकार के कर्मचारियों के महंगाई भत्ते में 20 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि की है और इसे मौजूदा 18 प्रतिशत से बढ़ाकर 38 प्रतिशत कर दिया है। पेंशनभोगियों को भी इसका लाभ मिलेगा। राज्य सरकार ने सूचित किया है कि केंद्रीय सरकारी कर्मचारियों के समान वेतनमान बनाए रखा जाएगा। प्रत्येक पुलिस स्टेशन में नारी सहायता डेस्क और गश्त के लिए दुर्गा सुरक्षा दल स्थापित किए जाएंगे।
