29th National e-Governance Conference to Begin in Jaipur Tomorrow

The 29th National e-Governance Conference will be held in Jaipur from tomorrow. The two-day conference will take place at the Rajasthan International Centre and is being jointly organised by the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances, the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, and the Government of Rajasthan.

The theme of this year’s conference is “Viksit Bharat 2047: AI-Enabled, Data-Driven and Secure Digital Governance.” Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma will inaugurate the event. An Exhibition will also be inaugurated, while several digital governance initiatives and innovations of the Rajasthan Government will be launched.

On the second day, the National e-Governance Awards will be presented. Union Minister of State for Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions Jitendra Singh will attend the conference. Speaking at a press conference in Jaipur today, Rajasthan Chief Secretary V. Srinivas said the conference will serve as an important platform for sharing innovations and digital governance solutions aimed at improving public service delivery.
