The 11th Ayurveda Day will be celebrated in Nagpur tomorrow by the Ministry of Ayush, based on the theme “Ayurveda for a Healthy Future.” The inaugural ceremony will be held at the Kavivarya Suresh Bhat Auditorium in Nagpur from 9 to 10 AM.
Informing about this event, Vice-Chancellor of the National Institute of Ayurveda, Jaipur, Dr. Sanjeev Sharma, said that this year’s Ayurveda Day will focus on strengthening Ayurveda through evidence, research and innovation, while promoting community health and well-being.
During the event, Safety Dossiers on Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris) and Chandrashura (Lepidium sativum), along with Standard Treatment Guidelines for dermatological disorders, will also be released. The programme will also witness the launch of “From Traditional Wisdom to Global Leadership: Ayush Vision 2030” Report. It will also witness the Status Report on Ayush-related Inventions in India and the Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences and Ayurveda Gyan Naipunya Initiative Assessment Scale Web Portal.
Ayurveda institutions, practitioners and various stakeholders from across the country and the world will participate in the 11th Ayurveda Day celebrations.
