In West Bengal, senior doctors will go on cease-work for 48 hours from 6 AM on Monday, showing support and solidarity with the junior doctors on hunger strike with 10-point demands. Dr Swarodyot Mukherjee informed this on behalf of the Joint Platform of Doctors, West Bengal. However, emergency services will be kept outside of their cease-work programme.
