Nisith Pramanik (BJP) submitted nomination on Thursday for Lok Sabha election at District Magistrate office of Coochbehar, West Bengal. Nisith Pramanik is current minister of state Home Affairs. He has said that he is sure of winning the seat.

Yesterday, only one nomination had been submitted for BSP party at Jalpaiguri parliamentary constituency. Alipurduar, Jalpaiguri and Coochbehar will go to poll on 19th April.
