Minister of Foreign Affairs of North Macedonia Bujar Osmani today met with Vice-President Jagdeep Dhankhar in New Delhi. During the meeting, ties between India and North Macedonia were discussed at length which is founded on historical ties, shared values of pluralism, the rule of law, and the unique cultural connection between the people of both nations.

Mr. Osmani is on a three-day visit to India. He also met External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar this afternoon. They discussed deepening of political and economic ties and taking forward cooperation in multilateral forums. Dr Jaishankar said in a social media post that he appreciated the insights on developments in Europe, especially in the Western Balkans, and shared India's thinking on the Ukraine conflict, G20, and BRICS.
