The plane carrying Vice-President of India, Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar, could not land today at Halwara Airforce Station in Ludhiana due to poor visibility. Vice-President was to address the inaugural function of an International Conference at Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana. The plane later landed at Amritsar airport from where the Vice President flew to Ujjain in Madhya Pradesh to attend another program.
