Viet Jet services will begin between Tiruchirapalli and Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam from the first of next month. Speaking to reporters in Trichy today, the Vice President of the Commercial division of the Airlines, Jai Lingeswara, said that this will strengthen the ties between the two countries. He said that it has been planned to operate 35 services in a week between the two countries from October. 

To encourage tourists, the airline operator has announced a concession of 5,555 rupees on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday for a one-way ticket from the 1st of October to the 30th of November this year.
