Vehicular traffic on the 270-kilometer-long Jammu-Srinagar National Highway, (NH44), has been resumed in the afternoon on Saturday. Akashvani Jammu Correspondent reports that the national highway was closed for vehicular traffic in the wee hours today following incessant rains since late last night. Soon after the partial resumption of traffic, all the Kashmir-bound yatra vehicles were allowed to proceed ahead. Thereafter, all stranded LMVs from both sides were allowed and later all Kashmir-bound HMVs were also allowed.
