In Uttar Pradesh, eleven devotees were killed in a bus accident that took place last night on Lakhimpur Gola Road in the Khutar police station area of Shahjahanpur district. 10 others have been seriously injured and sent to the Shahjahanpur Medical College for treatment. Police said when the bus was going from Sitapur to Uttarakhand a fully loaded truck hit the vehicle and overturned it.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has expressed deep condolence over the loss of lives in the accident.

Shahjahanpur District Magistrate Umesh Pratap Singh said that whatever financial help is possible from the government and district administration will be given to the bereaved families
