Union Minister of State for Rural Development and Communications Dr. Pemmasani Chandrasekhar called upon the people to make the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign a success. The Union Minister inaugurated the third phase of the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign by unfurling the national flag at the Guntur District Collectorate Post Office today. Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Pemmasani Chandrasekhar urged the public to hoist the national flag on their houses and widely spread the message on social media.
