Union Minister for Power and Urban Affairs Manohar Lal will arrive in Kerala today evening on a two-day visit. The Minister will be reviewing the progress of various energy and urban projects in Kerala. He is scheduled to meet Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan tomorrow. Later the Minister will visit Kochi and review the water metro project.
