Union Minister of Textiles Giriraj Singh inaugurated the newly built Jute Bailers’ Association hall at the Kolkata Jute House on Saturday. Referring to the renovation of the 170-year-old heritage building, Shri Singh said, this building is part of the glorious jute industry in India. On the sidelines of the function, he interacted with the members of the association and was apprised of various issues related to this industry.
