BJP leader and Union Minister Anurag Singh Thakur has said, the ruling party of West Bengal under the leadership of Mamata Banerjee is neglecting the people of the state. Speaking to mediapersons at Bagdogra Airport of Siliguri, he said that central welfare schemes are being hindered by TMC. Mr. Thakur also expressed concern at the miserable condition of tea garden workers of North Bengal.

Earlier, he attended a meeting with business community in Siliguri. He also met with representatives of sports organisations after reaching the city in West Bengal on Monday (15th April 2024) morning.
