Union Home Secretary, Govind Mohan on an official visit to Puducherry held a series of high-level meetings today with Puducherry Lieutenant Governor K. Kailashnathan and Chief Minister N. Rangasamy. During the meeting, Chief Minister Rangasamy submitted pending demands on key developmental projects in Puducherry, seeking the Home Ministry’s support for their timely execution.

Earlier in the day, Mr Govind Mohan chaired a review meeting with Puducherry’s Chief Secretary, Director General of Police, and other senior officials regarding the implementation of central government flagship schemes and new Criminal laws.
