Chief Minister of Puducherry N. Rangasamy, said that the Union Budget for 2024-25 is aimed at improving the living conditions of all sections of the society. The Budget has also confirmed the assurance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to take the country forward. The allocation of 1.52 lakh crore rupees for agricultural development, training of one crore farmers in the next two years, promoting Natural Farming, digitisation of agri sectors and measures to improve agricultural production and marketing efficiency would definitely help the country to achieve self-sufficiency in its food needs.
