Ukraine Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba will arrive in New Delhi today at the invitation of External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar. During his two-day official visit to India , Mr Kuleba will have several engagements, including official meetings with Dr. Jaishankar and the Deputy National Security Adviser. The Ministry of External Affairs said in a statement that both Ministers will discuss matters about the bilateral partnership and cooperation on regional and global issues of mutual interest.
Ahead of his visit to India, Mr. Kuleba said that Kyiv sees New Delhi as an important global partner with a powerful international voice. While addressing the media, he highlighted the recent conversation between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Ukrainian President Zelenskyy, during which the two leaders discussed bilateral cooperation, trade and the upcoming Global Peace Summit. Mr. Kuleba also welcomed India’s presence in the re-construction of Ukraine. He further expressed confidence that the visit will strengthen the bilateral relations between the two countries.
