In the Under-19 World Boxing Championships, Indian boxers Nisha and Parthvi Grewal advanced into the semi-finals on Day 2 in Colorado, United States yesterday. Nisha defeated Vassallo Martina of Italy 5-nil, while Parthvi also defeated Italy’s Del Annamaria 5-nil. Moreover, Krrish Pal continued his winning streak beating Mohamed Abdessamed of Algeria.

On Day 3, Indian boxers are in action from midnight with a chance to secure five medals today. Indian boxers T Supriya Devi, Rishi Singh, Sumit, Rahul Kundu and Hemant Sangwan are fighting on Day 3 in quarter-final matches across various categories.
