Train traffic on Mumbai-Ahmedabad route suspended

Train traffic on the Mumbai-Ahmedabad route has been suspended since last night due to the Narmada river flowing above the danger mark between the Bharuch and Ankleshwar stations in Gujarat. According to Western Railway’s Chief PRO, All the passenger and goods trains on both ends of the river have been delayed due to the flood. He added Refreshments, tea and water are being provided to the train passengers currently stranded on trains.
