Union Minister and senior BJP leader Piyush Goyal said today that the mandate given by the people to the NDA government for the third term is a result of the work done in the last ten years. Addressing the inaugural session of the extended executive meeting of the Delhi BJP held today, Mr. Goyal said that the Modi government has transformed the country by implementing various schemes. Mr. Goyal informed us that the Prime Minister has decided on a threefold development in the country in his third term. Criticizing the Congress, Mr. Goyal mentioned that the people of the country have rejected the opposition in the recent elections.

Earlier, Delhi BJP Chief Virendra Sachdeva stated that the support of the people to the BJP, resulting in winning all seven Lok Sabha seats in the national capital, reflects dissatisfaction with the alleged corruption of the Arvind Kejriwal-led government. BJP MPs Manoj Tiwari, Ramvir Singh Bidhuri, and other party leaders were present at the meeting. Later, addressing the media, Delhi BJP Chief Sachdeva informed that a political resolution was passed during the meeting. In the resolution, the party expressed gratitude to the people of Delhi and its workers for their support in the recent Lok Sabha elections. Delivering the closing address, BJP spokesperson Sudhanshu Trivedi said that the Lok Sabha elections’ results are very optimistic for the party, and it will be historic to form the government in the national capital for the first time since 1998.
