Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal today said that it is the collective commitment of the 1.4 billion people that will take the country to new heights. Speaking at an award ceremony in New Delhi, the minister said that in the last ten years the government’s focus has been preparing the mindset of the nation to look at uncharted territory and things beyond the norms.

Mr. Goyal highlighted the role of Divyangajan in the country with reference to the Paralympic Athletes, who won 29 medals in the Paris Paralympics 2024. He also urged the private sector to work for the skill development in Braille, making it more accessible for the specially abled people.
