Terror module busted in Bengaluru; five radicalised youth arrested

The Bengaluru City Crime Branch has busted a terror module in Bengaluru by arresting five radicalised youths and confiscated from them seven pistols, 45 bullets, walkie talkies, dagger and 12 mobile phones.

The Bengaluru city Police Commissioner B Dayananda informed media persons that these people had contact with 2008 Bengaluru blast accused T Naseer, who is absconding abroad and said to be a LeT operative now. Preliminary interrogation of the arrested youth has revealed that they were mandated to carry out terror acts in Bengaluru. The Hebbal police station has filed a case against the five persons arrested today under Unlawful activities Act.
