A team of Indian National Development Inclusive Alliances comprising 21 MPs and other four members arrived at Imphal today. Congress leader Adhir Ranjan Chaudhury, Gourav Gogoi, Trinamool Congress leader Susmita Dev, DMK leader Kanimozhi Karunanidhi, CPI leader Santosh Kumar, NCP leader PP Ahmad Faizal, RSP leader NK Premchandra, AAP leader Sushil Gupta and RJD leader Professor Manoj Kumar Jha are among the team.
 
The team visited Churachandpur district today and interacted with the representatives of civil society organisations, inmates of relief camps and affected families. Later, the team visited Bishnupur and Imphal West districts and interacted with the inmates of relief camps opened in these districts.
 
Speaking to media persons, the Congress leader Gourav Gogoi said that the opposition parties are ready to cooperate with the ruling party to bring peace and normalcy in Manipur. He said that the team is visiting the State to spread the message of peace and interact with affected families of both communities.
