Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde today launched a mobile app and WhatsApp helpline for the Chief Minister's Medical Assistance Fund. A programme also was organized at the Sahyadri Guest House in Mumbai for patients who have successfully overcome chronic and serious diseases.
