Veteran Marathi actor Jayant Savarkar passes away at 87

Veteran Marathi actor Jayant Savarkar, known for his work in Marathi and Hindi cinema, passed away this morning in Maharashtra’s Thane district. He was 87. He was hospitalized for age-related issues for the last 15 days.  He is survived by his wife, two daughters, and a son.
