Veteran journalist Shirish Kanekar passes away in Mumbai

Veteran journalist-author-columnist Shirish Kanekar passed away in Mumbai on Tuesday due to a heart attack. He was 80 years old.   Mr. Kanekar worked at Marathi and English language publications like Loksatta, Indian Express, Samana, and Free Press Journal.
