Union Minister Dr Jitendra Singh to launch web portal for monitoring Special Campaign 3.0

Union Minister of State for  Personnel, Public Grievances, and Pensions  Dr Jitendra Singh will today launch a  dedicated web portal- https://scdpm.nic.in for monitoring the Special Campaign 3.0.
