Union Minister Dr Jitendra Singh launches Special Campaign 3.0 portal to reduce pendency in govt offices

Union Minister of State for  Personnel, Public Grievances, and Pensions  Dr Jitendra Singh today launched a Special Campaign 3.0 portal at a function in New Delhi.
