Tamil Nadu govt launches Rs 1,000 monthly aid scheme for women

The Tamil Nadu Government today launched Kalaignar Magalir Urimai Thittam wherein One Crore Women will be benefited as they will be paid  1000 rupees - per month.  Launching the scheme today, Chief Minister M.K.Stalin said that the role of a woman is always undermined and their rights are ignored.
