Sikkim: CM PS Tamang flags off Seema Darshan under Vibrant Villages Programme

Sikkim chief minister PS Tamang flagged off Seema Darshan under the Vibrant Villages Programme from Gangtok on 30th August 2023. Under the initiative, around 50 college and university students are visiting the Indo-China Nathu La border to celebrate Raksha Bandhan with personnel from the Indian Army and ITBP.
