SC refers Delhi govt's plea challenging validity of central ordinance regarding control over services to constitutional bench

The Supreme Court has referred the Delhi government's plea challenging the constitutional validity of the GNCT(Amendment) Ordinance, 2023 issued by the Centre to the five-judge Constitution bench.
