Pharmacy (Amendment) Bill 2023 introduced in Lok Sabha

The Pharmacy (Amendment) Bill 2023 was introduced in Lok Sabha today. The Bill is to amend the Pharmacy Act, 1948. It was introduced by the Minister of State for Health Bharati Pravin Pawar. The Bill has a special provision relating to persons registered or qualified under Jammu and Kashmir Pharmacy Act, 2021.
