Parliament passes Govt of National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) Bill 2023, empowering Centre to make rules for Delhi

Parliament has passed the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) Bill 2023 with Rajya Sabha approving it yesterday. The Rajya Sabha cleared it by voting 131 MPs in favour of the bill, while 102 MPs against bill. The Bill was passed in the Lok Sabha last week.
