Pakistan is the main source of militancy: DGP Dilbagh Singh, J&K

Director General of J&K Police Dilbagh Singh on Thursday said that Pakistan is the main source of militancy. He said that the State police and other security forces are committed to neutralise and uproot militancy from the Union Territory.
