No proposal to introduce competitive examination for selection of High Court judges: Govt replies in RS

The Government today said that there is no proposal to introduce a competitive examination for the selection of High Court judges. In a written reply in Rajya Sabha,  Law Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal said, the High Court Judges are being appointed as per the Constitutional provisions.
